1. Refund Eligibility:

- Students are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they have not completed more than 50% of the course content.
- Refund requests outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
2. How to Request a Refund:

- The refund request must include:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)
- A brief reason for the refund request
- Confirmation that no more than 50% of the course content has been completed
3. Refund Processing Time:

- Once a valid refund request is received, we will process the refund within 10 working days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items:

- Course bundles, promotional offers, or special discounts are non-refundable.
- Digital downloads, certificates, or any other content that has already been accessed or downloaded are also non-refundable.
5. Exceptions:

- If the course is unavailable, faulty, or significantly different from what was advertised, a full refund will be provided regardless of the timeframe or course progress.
7. Payment Plan Customers:

- For students who purchased the course through a payment plan, refunds will apply only to payments made up to the point of the refund request. Any future installments will be canceled.
